By train: The toy train from Kalka to Shimla is an amazing way to get to this hill station.

By road: It is very easy to reach Shimla by road and is only 340 km away from Delhi. Many public buses run by the Himachal Road Transport Corporation ply frequently from nearby cities.

You must pack woolens, sunscreen, rain gear and comfortable shoes.
